Goals

To provide People Managers with scientific knowledge that will enable them to make informed decisions and act with a focus on the development and well-being of workers, as well as on the performance and sustainability of organisations; To provide People Managers with leadership skills in terms of developing human resources and attracting and retaining talent in organisations and society; To develop critical thinking and the ability to carry out high-quality, high-impact scientific research on issues related to human capital policies and management.
