Collège des Hautes Études Européennes
Created in February 1993 by the Club of Rectors of Europe, the Collège des Hautes Etudes Européennes initially served as a Franco-Spanish centre for teaching and research. Since 1995 the research network has opened its own centres in Italy, Portugal and Latin America.
