Law
It aims to develop knowledge in the fields of Law and Artificial Intelligence, the connection between which will enable students to
acquire a new set of practical skills and transversal analysis and criticism, namely at the level of information management in the
systems of justice, regulation of artificial intelligence, predictive justice, automated document production, among other applications of
artificial intelligence to Law.
FDUL brings together synergies to integrate advanced knowledge with the development of a critical spirit, without forgetting the
humanist dimension that must be present in any professional. The connection of the subjects taught to practice will enable a more effective understanding of the ongoing technological revolution, both in Law and in other areas of life in
society.
It is also intended to encourage research in English, with the offer of all curricular units in English, selected according to their
respective content.
Access and ingress
a)Holders of a Bachelor's Law degree,class min of 14 val or equivalent on a European scale of comparability
b)Holders of a foreign higher academic Law degree obtained in 1st EC organized according to the Proc de Bologna,with class min of
14 val. or equivalent onthe European scale of comparability
c)Holders of a foreign higher education degree in a recognized department, satisfying the objectives of the degree of Licensee by
CC,with class min of 14 valor equivalent on the European scale of comparability
d)Holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum recognized by the CC with the capacity to hold a Master's degree
Exceptionally: holders of other degrees with scientific preparation and the Master's area is connected with basic training (1 and 2 art
39º RMD)
Selection criteria a) Classification of academic degree b) Academic, scientific or professional curriculum, with attention to scientific
areas related to thesubjects of the EC to which you are applying.
