The course leading to a Master's degree in Oral Health Sciences and Technologies has the general objective of providing students with a broad range of advanced knowledge for study and research in the field of Oral Health Sciences and Technologies, as well as for the development of innovative practical applications in the respective area of scientific knowledge. It also provides the acquisition of skills and competences that will enable them to contribute to improving the oral health of the population and the health system, in scientific, professional and citizenship terms.

Access and ingress
Eligible to apply are: holders of a degree or legal equivalent; holders of a foreign higher academic degree awarded following a 1st cycle program organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process; holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognized as satisfying the objectives of a degree by the Scientific Council of the Bologna Process; holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of the degree by the Scientific Council of FMDUL; holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting to the capacity to carry out this program by the Scientific Council of FMDUL.For the Dental Hygiene plan, the conditions refer to the area of Dental Hygiene; for the Dental Technology plan, the conditions refer to the area of Dental Technology; for the Oral Biomedical plan the conditions refer to the scientific area of the program and other related areas.
