Medicina Dentária
The course requires 4 years (8 semesters), making up 240 credit units (ECTS). The first year includes the teaching component, and at the end of it the student must take the project evaluation test before a jury appointed by the Scientific Council. The second, third and fourth years are intended for the development of research and the preparation of the doctoral thesis.
The PhD course in Dentistry is aimed at Dentists and aims to give them research skills in the areas of oral health sciences. At the end of the programme, PhDs must be prepared to develop research autonomously, both in the academic environment, in dental companies and in healthcare institutions
Acesso e ingresso
a) Titulares de grau de mestre ou equivalente legal em áreas afins à Medicina Dentária;
b) A título excepcional, titulares de grau de licenciado ou equivalente legal, detentores de um currículo escolar ou científico especialmente relevante que seja reconhecido como atestando capacidade para a realização deste ciclo de estudos pelo conselho científico da Faculdade de Medicina Dentária da Universidade de Lisboa (FMDUL).
